Ingredients

- 30ml London dry gin
- 30ml Campari
- 30ml sweet vermouth
- Orange peel or half-wheel, to garnish
- Ice cubes
Method

Add the gin, Campari, and vermouth to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir for about 20 seconds until cold and silky.

Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

Garnish with an expressed orange peel or a half-wheel of orange.
